Pursuant to Section 13 of legislative decree No. 196/2003 (the “Data Protection Code”), AIMA as data controller, hereby wishes to inform you about processing of your personal data (AIMA will not process any sensitive data).
1. Purposes of the processing
“Data” means all the data provided during the registration to AIMA and all the subsequent integration and emendations made by you, including the audio/video data collected within the musical activities of AIMA. The data processing aims to correctly carry out the main activity of AIMA, consisting in the creation of a musical network by which musicians can look for other musical mates to play and participate together to the activities of AIMA.
2. Methods of processing
a. The processing will be carried out by operations set out under Section 4, par.1, letter a) of the Data Protection Code: registration, organization, conservation, collecting, selection, use, deleting and destruction of data.
b. The above processing will be carried out through manual, computerized and telematics means, which will guarantee security and confidentiality.
c. The processing is carried out by the data processor.
3. Data providing
You must provide your data for the purposes set out under point 1. Providing data is necessary to participate to the project.
4. Consequences of not providing data
If you don’t want to provide data, you will not be able to become a member of AIMA and to participate to the activities set out under point 1.
5. Data disclosure
The data will not be communicated to third parties. In order to carry out the aims of AIMA and perform the relative activities, data are communicated, only for the scope set out under point 1, to the other members of AIMA in order to carry out the activities.
6. Data dissemination
Your personal information will not be disseminated.
7. Data Subject’s rights
We inform you that, pursuant to Section 7 of the Data Protection Code, you are entitled to exercise certain rights, including the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal your data exist, and communication of such data in intelligible form; be informed of the source of the data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, and the logic applied to the processing; have your data updated, rectified, integrated, cancelled, anonymized or blocked, as well as to have proof that these operations have been notified to the subject to which the data have been communicated; object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of such data.
8. Data controller and processor
AIMA – Associazione Italiana Musicisti Amatori, with office in Via Stresa 6, Milano, is the data controller. Mr Tommaso Napoli, in his quality of President of AIMA, is the data processor.
